As the Second Seal is opened, John sees a red horse with a rider who has power to take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another. There was given unto him a great sword. From Noah’s time until the Tower of Babel, there were many wars and contentions with many strong and mighty men fighting each other and attacking the Lord’s people both physically and spiritually. This seal seems to be from Noah’s time to the beginning of the Patriarchs with Abraham. Even after the Tower of Babel the contentions were carried on especially among the Jaredites. This seal seems to be about 896 years from the time Zion is Fled, through the Flood and into the time of the Patriarchs.
